It’s not needed, it helps. You don’t need the countdown to react and hit your spell/ability.
I did. I guess the only problem here is that you can’t react fast enough to cancel out the affix.
You literally do not need to move to break out. I have explained this multiple times. Which is why I asked what class you are playing because it literally does matter.
Keep blaming the easiest affix in the history of M+ for your failures though.
