It’s the first raid; you can’t have variety until variety is implemented. The next raid looks brighter than Nathria (from what has been shown).
we need more pinks, purples, and blacks imo, especially with leather.
I appreciate the whites they’ve been implementing though!

Did you expect the literal Hell of Warcraft to be pink with rainbows or something?
If fact… I’m using black ink potions because it was too bright. Now is too dark

I would love it if the next expansion were full of zones, dungeons, and raids more in the vein of Stranglethorn, Outland Nagrand, Eversong Forest, and Hinterlands. As nice as Kul Tiras and Zandalar were in BfA and Broken Isles was in Legion, even those had a certain drabness to them that got old.
As for Bastion… it’s got a bad desaturation problem, making it still drab but also blinding. It’s about 30% too bright for the color tones it uses.

I agree. I can’t get into an area or instance with a dark environment.
But Torghast is the exact same architecture as ICC – even according to the lore.
Arden is blues and purples, mald is greens and browns, revendreth is reds and blacks, bastion is gold and blues so idk how it’s all gothic.
Maybe hanging out with the fangs a lil too much but I don’t blame you, that zone is awesome.

Man I know a lot of people loved Maldraxxus but I couldn’t get into it at all. The palid brown grossness of it all never grew on me. Eastern Plaguelands, Ghostlands, or Felwood is closer to the “afflicted lands” feel I enjoy.
Not just a whole expansion, but over half the stuff in the last patch of WoD too. I wish Blizz had gone with their initial plans for Draenor which included a Tanaan that was still entirely jungle without the fel demon stuff.
