Neither can anyone else lol.
Let’s be honest would it be that ridiculous for a business to be motivated to resolve the issues of the larger group of customers before addressing the other issues?
Blizzard simply is ether following the money or has the worst PR department in history.
Others may not have specific about “90 minutes” but there should be lots of posts from others to expect longer queue times. Horde faction dominated in Classic. BC original was the Horde xpac because of belves and was expected to increase the faction imbalance even more in BC classic.
So most people knew the queue times would be bad for BGs in BC classic. Those who didn’t must be new to the game or in some sort of insulating bubble or something.
Av has always favored the alliance. Unfortunately this time around alliance have more players that AFK and bot. An issue that will now be a part of the horde due to smaller que times.
I played retail horde mains and alliance alts from 2005 till 2019. Alliance always had higher win rates in AV.
Again this time around the Bot and AFK issue gotten worse and created a loss problem. Also add in that alliance switched to horde. If people stayed on the faction they started as we wouldn’t be in this mess. I’m an old school horde player. Yet I get blamed for “playing easy mode faction.” When I just want to replay my OG character XD
Sorry I stopped reading the moment you misunderstood the av map being some how alliance favored there is beyond plenty of evidence to the contrary.
Giving honor is a bad idea, because it would just shorten how many ally queue when they finish faster
This is untrue. Best example, the map in Korrack’s during retro AV in retail. Over a span of three xpacs, the devs turned AV into easy Alliance wins from easy Horde wins provided the auto-win strategies were used.
Of course, but if this was an alliance problem, that would be fixed too. If an issue is negatively impacting a significant amount of players, that’s going to be addressed. I don’t think they’re checking the faction before they decide on a course of action.
This faction imbalance thing has been a problem for years. It’s trickled down to classic and it will continue for the duration of the game or until they remove factions entirely. Now you could ask why they don’t try and remedy that, but I don’t think that they can. They can flip a switch and fix BG times. How exactly can they change 15 years of community perception?
So you just want people to have sympathy for AV losses and don’t like to be proven wrong. I know you won’t read this but I will post it anyway.
I used to level alts as alliance and plan on capping level on or near AV weekend. I would AFK in FW tower and watch TV. It was easy win and easy Honor. I would normally cap gear 1 to 2 weeks early than my horde characters this is due to ques and horde losses in the Original game. I paid for faction changes once gear capped. Sometimes I would faction change back to alliance just to gear out for missed seasons.
Horde have cried about AV for well over a decade. It’s just your turn. Take a look at bunkers vs towers. Alliance can cap towers quicker than horde can get bunkers. This was a major complaint from horde for over a decade. Same with the bridge and path. I
It’s just switched faction and it’s ironic.
“I’m not going to queue BGs for garbage gear that I wouldn’t even think about wearing,”
bg gear is better than raid gear for pvp…
Exactly how that works
When blizzard started posting BG win rates AV was 55% wins for alliance 45% for horde. Yea not much of a %. Now let me go by personal stats and things I noticed. I always had better luck as alliance and would sometimes faction change to alliance just to gear. Quicker ques more AV wins.
Mind you horde had better win rates in the morning. I always felt like I had to pick times to play one faction over the other. More so in later xpacs.
The question of if AV is imbalanced has been an issues for ages. Generally I would see horde cry about it more than alliance. This time it’s alliance. On retail I noticed some patches things would break it for one faction or the other. Again more in later xpacs.
Doesnt alliance have to win thr bg to get the loot? If so haha.
Won’t be a problem with Horde versus a horde BG’s
Looking at one of my old alts when I had a recurrence of druid BG fever back in WotLK. Huge difference in win/loss stats for pug WSG and AV.
WSG: 174 wins/31 losses, AV: 19 wins/44 losses.
AV was d*mn depressing as Horde.
Calling it now. For a bg win…
1 Extra mark of honor, 2 Health/Mana Potions, 2 Random Ore/Herb. 3 Bandages.
I would die laughing if they added a broken I.W.I.N button to the loot list.
“I am not doing this thing which isn’t sufficiently fun for that to motivate me in this game! Bribe me!”
…You just described the Platonic Ideal of “working as intended,” I hope you realize.
It must be atleast 200 percent more honor if same faction BG’s are going to be a permanent thing .
Oka–
Edit:- Win or lose .
Nope, lost me. If it’s available for losses that incentivizes AFKing nonstop. AFKers are an ABSOLUTE PLAGUE in Alliance PUG BGs. They should NOT be incentivized.
begone troll
I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re an account piloting honor seller with silly demands and grammar like this.
