I premit I’m a completist. I’d with to see all the quests in a zone done, and by all I mean all. My dream is seeing QuestCompletist’s databases all in green and I get desperate every time a quest becomes unobtainable because I’ve taken another one too soon or such.
Now, to the point.
I completed Good Suramaritan and I’m ready to start the Insurrection storyline.
But as you can see on wowpedia (look at the page "suramar storyline for the following part of this post), every chapter starts with an “optional” quest that is an auto-accept (“insurrection”, then “missing persons” then “waxing crescent” and so on), and if one gets the first non-optional quest of the chapter, the optional one becomes unavailable forever.
Now, the auto-accept quest doesn’t pop up at all, and I’m stuck. The map gives to me as available the next quest (“one day at a time”) but I know that if I take it I’ll lose “Insurrection” forever.
The quest isn’t even on the Adventure guide, as a comment on Wowhead said.
I already lost all these “optionals” on my main, and I don’t want to lose them on my alt too, so I froze his xp at level 110, but apparently the quests aren’t still showing.
What should I do? Contact Blizzard and ask them?
