- The axe is made of primordial fire, & Enhancement’s entire thing is heat, fire, lightning
- Once upon a time, Enh could and did wield 2hers. This would be a fun and special “just this once” callback.
- Sundering, Lava Lash, and other main hand/off hand attacks could work by simply calculating 50% of total weapon stats
- Stormstrike could work by calculating total weapon stats
- When wielded by an Enhancement Shaman, Fyr’alath innately has the flametongue effect active. That way you’d only have to imbue it with Windfury.
- Progression could just be limited to enhancement and any items or quest progress could be halted while in Ele or Resto
- Lastly and mostly importantly, it would be… really cool.
That is all
P.S: Survival Hunter needs some love too, they should be able to get this weapon as well while we’re at it

Did enhance ever use strength because that’s the only main stat on this axe.
Evokers can use 2h axe but still can’t touch this weapon because of the strength.

Just let str 2hd users have some love. FFS

Yea, 2h str never gets anything cool. Jeez people, let them have ONE cool thing.

Back when STR and AGI both contributed to melee Attack Power, they kind of did. They got far more benefit from AGI, but STR did contribute a small amount. I don’t remember the exact formula from that era of WOW.
But I do agree with the sentiment that Enhancement should get the same treatment as Frost DK and be able to build for either dual-wielding or 2-handers. Even if 2-handed Enhancement was mainly just a meme build.

yes, in vanilla strength gave enhance shamans +2 attack power while agility only gave them crit.
- sharing is caring
- my main is a str user, very excited for leggo axe, idgaf about letting other 2h users have it
- i haven’t even played shaman since cata lol
It just seems lore appropriate and cool and fun to me
Also the STR can just adjust to agility if enh/sv wielded it, no? they do that exact STR > INT > AGI conversion with items already
I also believe Lifeweaver should get a unicorn skin.
Didnt they have an axe in wrath?

I don’t understand the sentiment of “Let us have this”. Like dude we literally are lmao. What difference does it make if 3 classes or 5 classes get access to it? Who cares if other people get access to it too?!
They’re pretty much saying the value of the Legendary is only (or more heavily) derived from the accessibility of the item itself- as opposed to, yknow, the power and fantasy that the Legendary weapon in an MMORPG actually provides. Nonsensical imo. Care more about having a shiny thing that others can’t have instead of wanting the shiny thing because it’s shiny.
They said one. Time is irrelevant. I’m on team druids deserve the most currently.
Devs corrected an interview given when 10.2 PTR was first brought out, because that interview said the leggo was not class specific. They corrected to say it’s strength only, so I’m pretty sure it’s not main stat selective, it’s str only.
Tho I guess we’ll see when it finally shows up in the PTR data.

Interesting. So it means potentially anyone can still get it. If that’s the case, seems like they’re 80% of the way to making it accessible for Enh and Sv players
Enhancement is a dual wield spec and has been for most of its existence.

It’s for transmog! smashes need button
They asked a question to someone else not you. Someone claimed this is the only 2h legendary. They asked about the one from Wrath.
None of that equates to whatever you’re babbling about.
Yeah. Let’s redesign and rebalance enhance so the it can work with a legendary weapon for a weapon type that hasn’t been relevant for enhance in 16+ years

ENh has been dual wield since BC. Stop this nonsense

They already had shadowmourne.
2h Agi Specs and Enhancement have never had a legendary.
