Maybe I am missing a setting but these buttons are still not lighting up when they are ready to be instant cast or at max stacks..
This feels terrible and is just plain annoying.
Please let me know if there is just something I am not doing correctly.. it is literally the reason I stopped playing Enh on live.
No, there’s no good way to track Maelstrom Stacks in the base UI. It’s one of things that weakauras was very much needed for and so far Blizzard has failed at providing an adequate replacement.
The CD manager can display maelstrom weapon stacks as a buff. Spend at 8 plus stacks.
Maelstrom Weapon Stacks display is a travesty.
they removed buffs display from resource display, which was bad but somewhat usefull.
Now you are left with cooldown manager. Here MWS are displayed as an icon. The actual stack number is very small number tucked in in a corner, you can barely see it. And on top of that, it is being covered partially by big cooldown number.
It’s so bad I can’t even…
When it comes to which abilities are highlighted, blizz changes their mind ever other patch.
That is why weakauras are so required for the spec.
