Is it just me or does Voltaic Blaze not spread flame shock anymore?
It does, but it has had numerous bugs in the past so its possible you are experiencing one of those.
For example, there was a bug where if you pressed Voltaic Blaze but turned away from your target it wouldn’t spread any Flame Shocks back in TWW.
