Enhance Shaman changes are questionable

Having Doomwinds, Wolf elementals tied to one 2 minute cooldown that doesn’t have any kind of Cooldown reduction built into it feels terrible to play.

I’m assuming you’re referring to totemic. In which case Doomwinds is an 1 minute CD with talents. You also have a surging, sunder/prim storm every 30 seconds.

You get a big go every minute when you surging, sunder, Doomwinds, prim storm. It actually feels really nice imo.

I’m playing stormbringer. It just feels odd to have everything tied to doomwinds, and even worse for ascendence to completely replace doom winds on 2mind cd.

Edit: Misread your post. Yeah look not sure what to tell you. Ascendance is far to powerful to be a 1 minute CD. Now I agree having only 1 go every 2 minutes is blah, but that’s part of what makes totemic even better.

Agreed. I love Stormbringer thematically, but in actually playing not so much. Personally, I don’t like 2 minute cooldowns- they just feel too limiting. On top of that your primary nuke is a proc that you have no control over aside from once every two minutes.

Totemic feels much better mechanically. It takes some practice to get the opener and cooldown window right and the flow of hot hands, though. After that the rotation is basically the same as Stormbringer except you swap SS and LL in the priority list.

For all they have tied to it, and for the 2 min CC, acendence is way too easy to CC.

Yep. Realistically they need to seperate them again. Make Doomwinds a 1 min CD and keep ascendance at 2 minutes. I’d also love if they made it so enhancement had access to both ascendance and DRE with maybe a 7 yard range on all melee abilities.

I agree heavily with this. One disarm, followed by stun, into a fear/blind/poly/hex. One main 2 minute ability completely countered by abilities with no cooldown. If anyone has already played enhance in the past. It is something they’ve already encountered in PVP.
