I was wondering if the nazjatar 170 goggles w ilvl 415 were worth it to replace my ilvl 445 helm. additionally, i was wondering if that trait is goggle specific or just unlocked w goggles.
You can keep them for the engineering boost to get Mecha-Mogul parts. However, they are unlikely to be as good as a piece of azerite gear that has traits your spec needs.
What trait are you referring to?
