How do I move the location of the enemy’s health bar frame? It may be called the Target health bar. It will not move in the Edit Mode. I have tried holding down the CNTL, Shift, ALT and combinations of all 3 and it still will not move so, it may be locked. Does anyone know how to unlock and move it to a different location?

I’m having the same problem. I hate that it’s in the middle of my quest log.
I don’t have any issues moving it in edit mode. It’s possible an addon may be interfering. Try turning them all off and see if it moves at that point. If it does move, you can start turning them back on one by one to see which addon is causing the interference.
