Of course we wont queue for it. What im saying is that its a wasted slot for something better. Might as well put SoTA there and be like…“well if you dont like it, dont queue for it.”
So far the only “problem” with this week is some of the toxic trash players signing up for bgs (due to bg week). So it’s not just their clueless-ness, a lot of these guys are legit toxic.
This week I’ve seen so many instances of GOOD players offering winning strats in the chat… only to be shouted down or met with hostile “shut up r-word” type responses by PvE’ers 
Good thing bg week ends in 1 day, so a lot of these toxic types will stop Q’ing up and we won’t see them again for a while. Bgs should be more enjoyable once this unwanted riff raff clears out.
SotA is not large scale, lengthy PvP. Neither are any of the other brawls (with perhaps the exception of Southshore vs Tarren Mill, which with tweaks could be lengthy, large-scale PvP).
I am trying to solve a gap, not checkbox filling slots with things. It would be the easiest thing in the world to make brawls weekly instead of bi-weekly. That doesn’t solve the lack of lengthy PvP activities.

But no the whole concept of the bg would be nice to have in the other ones.
A “fog of war” that limits your vision making you have to be more vigilant and be swifter in your responses would be awesome.

I and a LOT of other people rather… ‘enjoy’ (soft word for how much we actually enjoy it) the Classic Ashran.
I myself have a record this week of 18 hours spent in Ashran in 1 day. Add that to the other number of hours I’ve spent this week, and I will likely defeat my record of 98 hours from the last time it was up.
Ashran is the best source of honor in the game, with absolutely zero competitors, if you have a leader actively leading and getting your team the event wins and ROC clears that they require. I was 326 honor level when the event started; I’m currently 340. I’ve capped my conquest on 2 toons 3 times each this week as well. The boxes give gold, gear, or 25 conquest with a 33% chance for each.
There was a rather sizeable community for it in Legion, and that community is the same size, if not larger, now with BFA. A lot of us look forward to being able to run this LITERALLY all year, only to be able to queue it 3 weeks out of the 52. It’s like early Christmas when it rolls around.
If Classic Ashran and Classic AV were put in for the Brawl off-weeks, I think most people wouldn’t complain. You are able to choose what you want to queue, and if you don’t like the current brawl for the week, then don’t queue it. It’s that simple.

Not even close to true. I was getting about 50k honor a day doing scramble.
Horde did, yea. But some only blacklisted it because it would be all you’d get if you didn’t, and the type of horde players in there were abysmal.

Great idea. The game is lacking instanced PvP not dictated by a short timer. The Korrak’s Revenge AV has been awesome and I’d love to keep playing it.

What does that have to do with it being popular? There are still many, many guilds and communities that revolve(d) around HK farming in Ashran and other 40-mans.

Prime Premades…Hydra…many of those people still play. Heck, my fiance is one of them lol
Imagine continuing to make yourself look foolish because people like something you don’t. Must also think gravity isn’t real because we can’t see a physical manifestation of it.
