Trying to complete quests from Battle For Azeroth, but it will no longer let you put BFA enchants on enchant vellum , so there is no way to complete the quest
This bug was active previously and was fixed but apparently its broken again. No enchants earlier than Shadowlands will work.
It isn’t a bug. Well, it’s because of a bug, but an entirely different bug. There has been an exploit letting people guarantee rank 3 enchants every time they craft, they have disabled vellum enchants deliberately until they can fix it.
