My character has become permanently hard locked on the “The Empty Cradle” achievement story tree, which completely blocks all progression for the “Lost Legends” weekly Haranir mechanics.
Shieldheart: Completed “The Listener” (Quest ID: 90733) and “In the Name of the Goddess” (Quest ID: 90734) and became stuck after the second part of the chain — NPC Zur’ashar Kassameh refuses to offer the continuation quest “The Stolen Staff” (Quest ID: 90735) and defaults to the generic weekly artifact UI instead of campaign dialogue. Additionally, when accepting the weekly quest, I am unable to interact with the five artifacts on the left side of the UI.
Anakim: Was only started on this chain as a workaround after Shieldheart became locked out and the support ticket was not progressing, hoping that starting fresh on another character might trigger a soft account unlock. That did not happen. Anakim completed “The Listener” (Quest ID: 90733) and is now stuck after the first part of the chain, also unable to receive the continuation quest after the most recent weekly reset.
Both characters have active quests for other zones, confirming the quest log itself is functioning normally — the chain continuation quests for each character is simply not spawning.
Steps already taken with no resolution:

Completely abandoned the weekly Lost Legends quest to clear phases

Completed a full log-out reset

Cleared cache files and attempted Party Syncing

Exhausted all community resources including WowHead guides and comments

Open support ticket #109442822 through multiple Game Masters, all of whom redirected me to community resources rather than addressing the underlying bug
This has persisted through multiple weekly resets with no path forward on either character. This appears to be a quest trigger or data tracking bug at the account level that requires direct developer investigation.

I have this same issue. I have tried through several resets to try to resolve and haven’t been able to complete it. Extremely frustrating.
yep same exact bug and my ticket was met with “we can’t help with quest progression on characters”, very cool.

Update: I want to share where things stand for anyone else hitting this same wall.
Support ticket #109442822 has now been formally closed with the acknowledgment that Customer Support does not have the tools to resolve this at the account level. The bug has been confirmed to affect multiple accounts across multiple weekly resets with no path forward.
This is a required quest chain for a meta achievement that players have invested significant time into. With multiple confirmed cases now on record, this needs to be prioritized for a hotfix. A developer-level fix to the quest trigger logic is the only remaining resolution.
Tagging this for developer attention: Quest ID 90735 (The Stolen Staff) is not spawning for players who have completed Quest ID 90733 and 90734 on the same character.
If you are experiencing this same issue, please reply to this thread. The more documented cases on record, the harder it becomes for this to be treated as an isolated incident rather than the bug it clearly is.
I am locked out and I can not even get the belt on my monk alt now. The quest giver gives no quests besided the weekly. The last two treasures or whatever they are, are greyed out.
Is anyone else stuck on the Haranir Lost Legends / The Empty Cradle progression?
All characters in my Warband can only see Root of the World and Sky’s Hope, and the “Select Relic” button is disabled.
Aln’hara’s Bloom cannot be selected because it shows as already completed. However, it is not completed in the achievement tracker. I completed Aln’hara’s Bloom on my Priest (all the things shows), but that progress does not appear to be recognized correctly, preventing me from selecting it on any character.
It feels like my Warband progression is stuck between The Listener, In the Name of the Goddess…
Has anyone found a fix, or is this a known bug?
Same here, I can’t progress the last step in The Empty Cradle achievement.

I cannot even get to the in the name of the goddess quest. Turned in The listener and just stops. I’ve done everything you have done. I also put in a ticket and got the same bull crap response. It’s ridiculous that all of us and more are having this issue and reported it and they haven’t fixed it.

Yep, same issue here. I have completed all the prerequisites, even went back and redid all the Lost Legends on the one character as I read somewhere that not having them all complete on the toon you are trying to do The Empty Cradle storyline, you wont be able to do the storyline. The quest I need to pick up is called Once More Into the Rift and it just isn’t there. My next step was to complete all the Harandar side quests - which I already completed on an alt to level it - just in case there is a phasing issue there, but I doubt that’s the issue. Hopefully Blizz get onto this asap.

I’m at the stage where I have “Echoes Rekindled” available , ie, I’ve got all the relics unlocked (some on one char, some on another).
I’ve got 2/4 of The Empty Craddle achievement completed, and Aksem does not give me the quest to proceed on any char.
Nothing I tried as OP said, worked.
At this point, all we can do hope devs actually look at these forums and address this on their end. a bug where is stops you dead in a meta achievement is just bad design. Keep up the hope!
Hey so there is another thread that was made I been updating my findings. My warband has completed all 7 relics and as of right now I am suspecting the progression for the achievement “The Empty Cradle” is to follow the order listed. So far since I been tracking this is what has happened with the quest progression.

Outlier is “root of the World” but the script is still telling me false on the ones I have completed.
My plan is The Echoless Flame aging on 6/23 and if it doesn’t give me second part of “the empty cradle” I will be doing “Sky’s Hope” on 6/30 and that means I have done all 7 on my shaman. If The Echoless flame does give progress or quest to populate then I will continue with the order above in my post references “legends never Die”
Same bug for me. Can not get quest “The Stolen Staff” on main or alts. Exhausted all community resources. I rarely get stuck this badly. I can not find a way around this bug.
Im having the same issues. tickets, bug reports, the whole thing. I got noting, and this is one of the only achieves I have left for this patch.
I’m having the same issue. Tried reporting it multiple times but nothing has changed yet. I completed everything except one quest on my Pally and completed the other on a different character which gave me the “Legends Never Die” achievement. Now the NPC just gives me a quest to replay the stories but they don’t give credit on any character for the quest chain for “The Stolen Staff”
The quest Wey’nan’s Ward tracked by
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(88993))
to unlock Replica Wey’nan’s Ward says it is incomplete.
I did it originally on anothercharacter, and the rest of this character. There is no longer a weekly quest available to do the original quest, and is now just the weekly one.
I completed the weekly one, and it is still not triggering. This is causing the quest The Stolen Staff (90735) to also not trigger blocking the achievement The Empty Cradle.
so I cannot buy more of this decor item, or complete the quest chain.
Wowhead said GM’s could reset the status of this quest, but the two I talked to said to put in a bug ticket. Made my own and responding to as many as I can.
