Action bars randomly wiped when zoning into TW instance

I just queued for a Classic TW instance and when I zoned in my action bars were completely wiped. I had one action bar with a random set of abilities on it. My other 4 action bars were completely wiped. I thought at first it was an addon issue but I disabled all addons and still everything was gone.

So I have to rebuild my action bars from scratch now.

I’ve never seen this before. I have seen where if you make changes to your action bars and enter an instancce or zone you “lose” those changes. I put “lose” in quotes because if you leave the instance you get them back.

That smells like a data replication issue. This is completely different. Even after zoning out I’ve lost all my action bars. Super annoying.

What class was it on? It’d be pretty low odds, but it sounds a bit like accidentally queueing healer on a class that you’ve never healed on before and you get put into that spec upon zoning in.
