It is the way of patches since Timeless Isle in Pandaria… Small quick zones without a lot of structure. Just think of it like another island in the larger scheme of things.
It will last as long as it lasts. People will run world quests, battlegrounds, raids and mythic+ until they are bored then come back in the next patch. I’ll probably be off playing Diablo IV most of the time.
