Always bugged me Mercer didnt call it the Chroma Cabal. That sounded better to me tbh.
Conclave is used quite a bit in WoW already, most notably it refers to the Priest Hall. Probably because the Conclave of Cardinals is the thing what elects new Popes so nifty little IRL reference there.
Technically though it just refers to a secretive or private group. If you see it in use know that somewhere a writer was staring at a thesaurus trying to find a more interesting word for ‘organization’.
