The item Elusive Creature Bait, and its various elemental versions, has been broken for me for at least 3 days. It cannot be placed on the ground, even though it’s off CD. Has this happened to anyone else?

It’s been happening to my dracthyr as well.
Well it worked yesterday but as of today, I cannot set it down. It will appear on the ground but will not let me actually “place” it on the ground. I’ve tried several different areas but it will not let me actually “place” it. This is on my retail wow lvl 70 hunter.
