At the moment, the web wrap debuff in HC+ dungeons states “Stunned…”. However you cannot use Thunderstorm as an Ele shaman.
Mage - Ice Block and Paladin - bubble, both function as if it were a stun.
Can you confirm if this is intended behaviour?
