Hey blizz i fear elemental shamans will have accessibility issues this tier…i think we’ll not be able to get in Raid or Dungeons bc the spec sucks, what about that?

Blizzard you need to address the elephant in the room. What are you doing to compensate the class for this HUGE nerf in raiding and mythic+ ?
Elemental Shamans are already a B-Tier class, why make it even worse with no warning and no compensation for these giant nerf.
I have put too much time and energy this expansion into my shaman, if we don’t get some buffs to compensate or at least a post saying that you hear us, I am cancelling my subscription. You guys talk a big talk but have no follow through.

Where are the Blizzard developers’ responses? Why are we being ignored?
Update: I asked my mage friend to sim himself to see what he does in ST compared to me, and the result is very disheartening. I’m nearly 10 ilvls higher and have mythic gear from last tier, whereas he has all dungeon gear, and yet he sims 400 dps higher. In my opinion, this is not ok from a balance perspective.
If only the ele shaman community had someone with the reach of Asmongold to let them know the error of their ways 
A simple reply from Blue with a “Hey guys, we hear you and are working on it!” would be enough but radio silence… they never learn. They did this on a Friday at 5 PM just as they left the office probably for some entertainment over the weekend. Blue is literally toxic.

It’s getting closer to Tuesday and still no response. With these changes, even fights that cater to ele will hardly justify an ele on the roster. Ele was already pretty bad to play in raid, where one of the more complex rotations offered some of the lowest damage, and in keys your burst potential is low, now it will be pretty dead. Getting to play enhance is a nice change of pace from resto, shame that ele had to be relegated to a meme

Elemental shaman is getting memed on from all angles. The hundreds of people posting, and thousands viewing, in this thread would really appreciate some kind of feedback. This is going to cripple us for weeks/months until 4 set and I can’t justify playing this spec in progression unless something about this nerf is changed.
Blizzard never responded to any feedback on the PTR so i don’t expect them to answer here too. Hopefully i’m wrong.
We will change the nerf because lots of warriors gave feedback on the recent change.

Literally what?? Fury which is very good gets part of it’s nerfs reverted, yet ele which is tied for last with destro, keeps its kneecapping? Really?
It is now right around close of business in CA the day before reset, and most of this feedback has seemingly gone unanswered. I hope it’s easy to see that this is an almost unanimously unwelcome, unwanted (and arguably unwarranted) change.
The update for fury and lack of even a, “Hey we’re looking at this change and don’t have any updates to share quite yet” for elemental is insulting, but I guess that is the status quo for this class. It’s disappointing to see.

And yet, only Warrior gets a response? No reply whatsoever from Blizz about the absolutely absurd nerf poorly disguised as an “accessibility” change. Shaman far and away the highest post count, and somehow completely ignored.

That the shaman change hasn’t gotten a responce yet is incredibly worrying, but the warrior reversion seems like a nonchange to make the nerf look nicer. It only effects necrolord warriors which are still taking a nerf, and the meat of the warrior nerfs remain intact for all covenants of fury. Still they need to say something here because the change for ele is set to outright kill the spec for reasons unrelated to the current strength of the spec.

You see, all the other classes had their set bonuses nerfed because they were too powerful or needed to be tweaked.
Ele gets nerfed because one talent is… “a significant accessibility concern”? Unfortunately the talent is quite a bit in the lead in terms of damage and utility, so blizzards choice instead of bringing the other talents up to keep Ele in the middle of the dps group, they just hit ele with a bus and then leave it on the ground.

I’m sure they’re just working overtime tonight and early tomorrow morning to make a reasonable compromise to this nerf like they did with Fury Warrior right? Absolutely no reason to panic
