Elemental - Lava Surge Not in Spellbook, Won't Proc (SOLVED - I Was Dumb)

Hello,

As the title suggests, the Lava Surge passive no longer exists in my spellbook while in Elemental spec, which means I am no longer able to insta-cast Lava Burst as elemental.

The passive is present in my Resto spec, and works as intended there.

Various combinations of changing between specializations and relaunching the game have not resolved the issue.

Has anyone else come across this bug, and does anyone know how to manually fix it? I have already submitted a bug report in-game.

Do you have warmode on? Elemental has an honor talent that changes it up to be more damage procs but not instant anymore.

You have probably taken the one talent that replace lava surge. It’s the lava burst does x more damage I think.
