Elemental Blast still not fixed for enhancement post server maintenance

I was using Icy Veins. There are others having similar issues and, for whatever reason, they are only having the issues with their Shamans.

"Failed to import loadout"

Cannot import any talent loadouts since the patch. I’ve gone through and built new loadouts after the changes, but they do not work on alts. Since I’m absolutely NOT going to apply talents manually, this makes all of my alts complete unplayable. This is 100% game breaking and needs an immediate fix. EDIT: This only seems to be affecting shamans.
