for whatever reason the overload concept is now such a huge part of elemental since all the new apex talents are related to overload….this overload nerf for pvp is fairly recent….which dropped your overload damage to just 14 percent of the original cast in pvp….and now with alll your apex talents its up to 16 percent of your original cast….which is still lower than what it was pre nerf…..just seems super unfun that your new “tech” for this expansion your apex talent just brings you to a slightly less nerfed version than what you were just a few months ago…
i think mastery being tied to the percent chance of an overload not good…how much mastery should an ele in pvp invest to? you’d think alot since alllll your new apex talents have to do with overload….but the damage is nerfed by over 50 percent in pvp….so i think haste/vers is jsut going to be better 100 percent of the time so this entire xpac you’re going to have a low chance of doing extra low damage….not very fun.

Yea might as well not even have mastery for ele in PvP wtf are you doing blizz we have no defense no healing and now no mastery? what drug infused breastmilk are you guys on over there?

Overloads have been one of the coolest things about the ele spec going all the way back to BC I think but they always end up nerfing then time and again. I wonder if mastery will even be a good stat for ele in PvP. Haste, verse, and even crit seem better. The crit damage talents aren’t nerfed in PvP at least according to wowhead.

Crit is nerfed too by 50%. Blizzard is lazy rather than tuning they just demolish stats.
I want to play Ele, but it’s like Blizz doesn’t want you to play Ele.
The class tree does not make sense and you’re spread so thin to what you want and need to take for talents. Many talents should be streamlined better or should be baseline in general. It needs help.
Ele’s kit is so outdated as far as cc and defensives.
The damage sucks.
Like I said I WANT to play Ele, but Blizz doesn’t want you to play Ele.
