I feel like their post doesn’t really acknowledge any mistakes they made and is purposely vague. Whether you like it or not shuffle is the most popular game mode by a large margin (when I looked a month or so ago I think there were 93k shuffle games played over the course of a few days compared to 13k 3’s games) and they nerfed conquest gains there while also purposely holding back natural inflation in the bracket. This caused mass amounts of players to get frustrated and stop playing.

So now they’re saying they will artificially increase inflation but it’s not clear if this will be for shuffle as well as 3’s, and doesn’t acknowledge how hamstringing natural inflation in shuffle negatively impacted all of pvp. I just really wonder if they learned their lesson and if the changes they’re going to make will benefit the majority (shuffle players). I also wonder if it’s too little too late as we’ve seen in the past when players get turned off from a season it can kill it for the remainder.

I renamed my first born EFX in honor of his victory.

I woke up this morning to find her queuing 2s at 6:00 AM with a bunch of empty Bud-light Limes around her slurring into an open mic on discord.
