I’ve read that I need Artifact Relics to make the bow better. I want to use the bow, but I literally have no Relics to apply. What are some very quick and easy ones for my level (24)? I feel like if they’re going to give me this weapon, they should at the very least give me some starter relics to scale it to my level.
The main source of relics outside of Legion end game is going to be from quest rewards and dungeon drops. There are also some BoE green ones that are world drops, so you can check the AH. (Although most will probably be at a higher level than 24.)
