I must say that I agree with Tubbly and Snipy here. Declaring that Barbershop would 100 % kill Classic+ and make it into Retail for you is a bit over the top. Not in substance, but in expression.
And it makes me curious which changes you’d be fine with for a possible Classic+ if Barber shop is a killer.
