I loved not having a pet and just playing an undead sniper. Then they forced all the sylvanas arrow magic on my guy even though he uses a gun.
And now I have to have an Eagle. Does anyone know if it will be possible to at least glyph it to something that would match something outside of literally one race in the game?
It played better before they added pet back to cater to cry babies, ruins the flow and ranger style to have a pet in MM, that and the longer cast time was a horrible decision.

I guess Forsaken could just get one of those dire bats instead. True eagles would be for all the dwarves and trolls, and the Earthen get a roc(haha). Night elves/nightborne get owls, blood elves/void elves get hawks.
Kul Tirans get ospreys. Humans and worgen get falcons. Pandaren get cranes. Vulpera get buzzards. All draenei get a moth.
Gnomes get kestrels. Goblins get kites. Mechagnomes get a mechanical version of kestrel or kite.
All orcs get condors. All tauren get bald eagles.
Dracthyr would get a wyvern.
With some flexibility on this idea, each Hunter race gets their own bird-of-prey.
We already are inundated with eagles as part of the class fantasy via the Legion Order Hall. We’ve been blessed by Ohn’ahra. The eagle makes perfect sense, I don’t really see any problem with any race having to use an eagle. Sure maybe some customization can happen, but Blizz is too busy making new forms for druids.

Would you still use the ability if it was a dps increase, but was called Murder of Parrots or Murder of Hummingbirds?
I might but I would also be like 10% less likely to play my hunter at all since the aesthetic felt awful.
