E-mail sent to wrong account

So a while back I changed my account e-mail because the one my ISP provided didn’t have 2FA and the one I switched to did. I’ve been getting account updates sent to the correct e-mail account but when the stress test invites were sent out the e-mail notification went to my old e-mail. This didn’t matter much this time since I had already seen on the client that I was invited to the stress test, but I don’t want it to affect future e-mails, especially if they have any important information because I do not check that other account often and it may not be open much longer.

Sorry if this isn’t the correct place to report it, I’m not really sure where else it should go. I opened a support ticket yesterday to report it and got a copy-paste response that had assumed I was asking for access to the beta.
