I saw it other places. AQ 40 quest areas where the only other place that it came anywhere close to launch day though. On PvP servers people would lose it if the fast spawns stopped because of a PvP troll running in with fear slowing down the kill and resetting mobs to slower timers.
Caves were really dangerous. I remember doing the level 14 mage quest in thelsemarâs silver mine and the kobolds were respawning pretty much as soon as Iâd killed the next one. it was stupidly fast.
but it wasnât like all the time. Iâve done it other characters, my warlock for instance, doing the loch modan quest there, and they repawned at a pretty normal rate (about 2-ish minutes a pop) he cleared all the way to the back and theyâd only just started respawning when he got back to the entrance.
Where as mage would kill 1, kill another one, start line to kill a 3rd and get attacked by the 1st one he killed that had just respawned in about 15-20 seconds.
Why are we juding a game developer on his ability to lead a company?
Because he was more than a game devloper ? To say he was just a game developer is a disservice to him and the people that worked under him when he was a CEO for better or worse. Well he may be a good devliper there is clearly a space for people to dislike Mark Kern from a leadership perspetive. As well as his outspoken nature which some people may like and others dislike.
I would make sure that there is more to the story than just one cherry picked comment that makes Mark Kern look like the best person ever, or the worst person ever. He has a boddy of work that includes WoW and Firefall, and is more than just the sum or his tweets or work on one game or another.
