Can't Get into Ragefire Chasm

I can't get into Ragefire Chasm. The other day my husband was at the door of the instance and couldn't get in. I grouped with him and he was able to enter. It took me awhile to get there and he was doing battle inside in the meantime. when I finally got there I could not enter. He got the achievement, I didn't. I tried again yesterday. Got to the instance and can't enter. My husband grouped with me and I still couldn't get in. What the heck is going on? Why can't I get in?
