They’re bringing back the hybrid tax. There are still too many tanks out there in the game. If you want to play a hybrid, you will heal.

Yeah I’m starting to believe this as well. Why else would Hpal and resto get everything? Blizzard clearly wants hybrids to main heal I guess.
