Dungeon's Required

Can always find a friend who has a tank and run them normal. I soloed the DF dungeons required for loremaster (or whatever the achievement is actually called) on this character and my prot paladin. I don’t think any dungeons are specifically required for Pathfinder though. It doesn’t require loremaster

Been playing since Vanilla, we have NEVER been given flight at the start of any expac, DF was the first. Old flying was level locked and had to be bought from the various flying trainers UNTIL they implemented the Pathfinder achv. They are still continuing the Pathfinder achv regardless of ppl complaining, so guess what will probably be in the next expansion? :upside_down_face: :v:t5:

Just do the WQs and the weekly quests that give lots of renown .

Man Thay need to kill the pathfinder!! lol

As soon as i find him I’m going to kill him in game

Flight was introduced in BC and the only requirement was leveling up and buying the mount/skill. Continued in LK and the requirement was again, leveling up and buying the mount/skill. Cataclysm I can’t remember exactly but I think it was more of the same. Then later xpacs things got more complicated.

Now DF came along and gave it to us “earlier” because it was thematic. But nobody can say for certain they aren’t going to continue this in the next xpac, like they continued the trend from BC into the following xpacs.

Unless you have some insider info about 11.0 you’d care to share with the class?

Cataclysm had flying on day one… nothing to obtain or buy. They even created areas that could only be accessed via flight in the non-swimming zones.

Wow, im glad you quoted me in your response cuz thats obviously all you actually read based on your response. Where is my insider?? Its called “repeating the past” lol. The Pathfinder achv for flying lives on, obviously. What insider do you have that it was going away is the better question? Nvm your not even fully reading my responses, no meaningful conversation here :man_facepalming:t5:  :v:t5: :v:t5:

Theyd rather have their noses in everyone elses business because evidently they dont have much else to do…including playing the game lol

musta been before Ions reign began.

The developers really didn’t seem to have an flying until Warlords of Draenor. So two expansions after Cataclysm. I guess that is when Ion became a game director.

We had “level and buy training” flying for 3 expansions (TBC, Wrath, Mists). Just fly on day 1 for one (Cataclysm). And Pathfinder for 5 expansions (Warlords, Legion, BFA, Shadowlands, and Dragonflight) now.

I’ll admit that TBC was rough because a lot of people struggled for that first 5000 gold per character.

Doesn’t mean you have to or should have to group for everything.

Wym?

Why are you?

DF was designed for flight. And so they give flight day one. Just not flight we were all used to. Ions flight. And now Ion is tormenting lesser abled players with PF again that doesnt affect the rest of us. lol

Cataclysm added flying to Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. Previously, you could only fly at max level in Northrend on Azeroth. There was no previous flying in Cataclysm areas.

Still can’t fly in the Burning Crusades parts of the Azeroth zones though.
