Dungeon Support In WoW? (FF14's duty support)

It would, but I think the way in which FF dungeons are different from WoW ones would make it significantly harder.

FF mechanics are designed around dances while WoW’s are designed around overlaps meaning the mechanics themselves are much less scripted in dungeons.

It would be harder, I agree. I don’t think they would be so much harder that it couldn’t be reasonably done though. They don’t have to do it all at once

If you don’t want to play group content, then don’t.

It’s not that people can but don’t want to. There are people who do want to do group content but can’t because of no social circle. What I am suggesting would give people the opportunity to do so.

This is an awesome tool to try out the effectiveness of new UIs/macros while being able to take your time–with no one to push you to complete the run.

I could see NPC support for dungeons if they were required to move forward like in FF14.

But Mythic+? Oh hell no.

First off the NPC support in FF14 is good because they do the mechanics and stuff but they’re dps is bad. LIKE REALLY REALLY BAD.

I think if they wanted to make NPC support for Normals that would be okay but otherwise no. Especially not M+.

I could get behind a solo-mode with NPCs for Normal dungeons to see the story while you’re leveling. Heroic and up should still require actual players, imo.
