I usually run with guildies but I get a ton of invites to heal other groups, even some that are a bit over my level. I have a bunch of blues from Sunken Temple that I’m still to low to equip. When I help out the lowbies in Deadmines and such I still encourage a full group even if we have to pug a spot or two. We’ve actually gotten a lot of new members from those runs.
