Duelist/2100 can’t upgrade gear to 226

To test out out the upgrade system, my priest bought bracers but could only upgrade to 220. Even though we have won games above 2100, both the PvP tab icon and the great vault do not show either of us getting 226.

The post by blizzard clearly shows ilvl rewards peak at 2100, so why does none of the internal systems allow you to go to 226? I didn’t see a week one cap on their original post.

I don’t know if this is a UI bug or an unintended result given that 2400 used to be the mythic ilvl cap.

Iirc rival is cap this week, duelist and above opens next week.

Interesting, does this work for the great vault as well? As in the vault will only contain 220 (that’s what it currently says in the UI).

M+ can get 226 in a vault atm by doing a +14.

“There are no caps on the Great Vault’s PvP considerations. Duelists (rank 5) or higher will receive item level 226 equipment from the Great Vault.”

Directly from the blue post when the season started.

This is mainly why I made the post, as you can see in my great vault, it says duelist, but the ilvl is 220:

Yup this is in line with what sundrip said, it still doesn’t align with what my screen shot shows though.

I made a post about this as well, it could be bugged UI.

From the blue post ““There are no caps on the Great Vault’s PvP considerations. Duelists (rank 5) or higher will receive item level 226 equipment from the Great Vault.””

I have another question though. Is the gear from the vault only going to be vers/x gear? Or can it have any combo of stats.

here’s my post Great Vault Question - #13 by Chucknorris-faerlina

It’s only gear that exists on the conquest vendor. I haven’t seen any data mining that suggests there are PvP pieces that exist outside the vendor, but could be wrong.

Dam wish i could get duelist
