No there’s definitely a duelers guild tabard. It’s black and gold. I’m not positive about the title however. Look under your apperances “Dueler’s Tabard.” its from a duelers guild achievement that nobody will have because nobody queues up.
Edit: Title “Contender” for the achievement “Master of Duels” which is just for completing other achievements.
I’m just saying there are rewards. Everything else you’ve mentioned is spot on. It’s a poor system that’s not advertised at all and nobody uses. The first and last time I heard about it was randomly tuning into Pshero during alpha or beta.

Each city should have had the dueling place in the center of the city, with the target dummies, vendors, tmog, etc. surrounding it. That way everyone who goes to practice rotations / buy stuff would be able to easily watch or participate in the duels. It should also have a rested area place to change talents. The mugambala one is so far out of the way of anything useful that there is absolutely no reason to go to it unless you’re turning in your conquest cap.

dont worry, blizzard will create a smart AI for you to duel against. its there fix for everything these days.

I thought it was gonna be a little area that you go to obviously duel people,BUT when you duel someone, you get the pvp stat changes and after said duel, your cd’s reset…not whatever the heck it currently is.
