“punishing” . Zone design aside, there’s no penalty for dying except having to run back to your corpse for 30 seconds and paying some gold for repairs.

While I agree with you on punishing deaths, the zone desires in todays WoW make me think they keep a photo of Kedge Keep up in their cubicle with a hand printed note saying “hold my beer”
