Is single minded fury competitive with two handed? I kind of want to level a fury warrior but I want to use one handers suddenly if I do.
Edit: Sigh. I looked it up and it is not comparable so now I am sad.
They really shouls just loosen up the transmog restrictions like they did with fists and one handers. At least for warriors they shouod let u transmog one handers with two handers. Even as a arms warrior. I think it looks cool to see u fight with a onehander.

OP here. Nice to see this get a bit of traction. While loosened transmog would be okay, it would just be a band-aid fix. Actual dual wielding would be preferable.

Agreed! We can even already technically dual-wield two one handed weapons and we can use almost all weapons… All they need to configure is the restrictions on a few of our melee abilities. I wouldn’t even care if it wasn’t perfectly balanced (how that can even be a problem in 2023. Isn’t everything already balanced? DPS, stats and attack speed etc).
If Blizzard adds dual wielding to SV then I want a melee option for BM. Rexxar was Beast Mastery before Blizzard came in.

No, smf is always behind tg on any level.
Was worse than tg since when tg was introduced. Shouldn’t had been brought back. Instead they should’ve allowed fury to mog 1hs and 2hs as we suggested many times before they brought smf back to be a dead talent again

I see the discussion of SMF and TG and SMFs lack of “viability” (let’s be honest, the gap isn’t game changing. 99.9% of content can be done perfectly fine with SMF. There is even warriors going SMF with daggers.)
I dont think any or at least not most who are advocating for dual-wielding for SV does so because they want bigger numbers. It is about the aesthetics and the theme of it. I personally dislike almost all 2 handed weapons and think it looks weird in melee combat. I much more like both the looks and the feel of dual wielding two 1 handed weapons. When people ask for dual-wield I’ve not once seen it being asked from a standpoint of damage, viability or performance but from a preference of style and looks. We like dual-wielding and many of us probably remember our beloved hunters roaming the old world dual-wielding weapons at our hips and a bow at our back. I will take the dual-wielding weapons back if I can, the bow I can be without, as SV.

Ive said this for years, it’s not that I specifically want two one-handed weapons, if blizz just gave us the chance to transmog it in I would be more then happy.
