Dual wield enchant question

I am current using icebreath thumper x2 as WW.
Is it better to do Sophic or Frozen devotion on each?
I raid and m+.

Probably sophic doubled up, but if you’re going for cheap I imagine doing one frozen and one earthen(this is the mastery one right?) would be better.

I’d sim the different combos on Raidbots.

I just simmed and I get about 1.1k more dps from double sophic.
