Tried buying Dual Talent on my character, when prompted for 1000 gold I accepted but the dialogue did not change. I have 1k less gold in my bag, and dont have the ability to use dual talents. The trainer still shows the same dialogue to learn about dual talents.
The first thing you can try is resetting your UI, in case there is some glitch in the matrix. No matter the issue, this is what almost always is advised to try first.
