No no, you said dual spec let me bring a bigger tool set. Maybe that was a euphemism for something… but as far as i can tell dual spec doesn’t let me do anything I can’t do now.
No, there were some good things after wrath. I really liked arena in legion, came back for that. I actually don’t mind the current way talents are done, though I don’t think it works for old school wow. Very different design goals.
Except it doesn’t, does dual spec let me call on tree form and moonkin at the same time? Or can I only call on the same tools I could without dual spec.
Yep, how will you respond if blizzard pulls another ZOMG they did it, cause they’ve never done that in classi
My worst case is the status quo, your worst case is they do anything other than that as you are #nochanges so you automatically lose since there will be changes even if they aren’t dual spec
I mean they can change some things, they already have. Some good, some good.
I don’t really see the point in entertaining a hypothetical that has zero chance of happening though, outside of a TBC Season of Mastery or pre-WOTLK patch.
The thing that convinces me it won’t happen is that it’s not in SoM.
Interestingly there’s noone calling for it there either. I am actually curious as to why people are pushing for it so hard in TBC classic but not the “more changes” SoM.
But SoM is billed as a platform for more changes and yet dual spec is not even being spoken about in SoM.
If it were being considered it would be in SoM before it got into classic TBC.
