our intention is to closely mirror the Classic Vanilla experience, with minimal deviation from the 2019 version.

Clearly, something like dual spec is much more than a “minimal deviation from the 2019 version”.

So doesn’t that post right there mean their policy would be NOT to add something like dual spec which is a large deviation from the 2019 version?
