Data obtained. Thank you, Afeared! This is Oceanic rather than NA, but I can add it to the examples we had previously gathered for the ongoing issue on OCE realms.
Actually its happening to all my characters doesn't matter which realm I reach:

I can stay logged in for maybe 15 seconds.

Obtained as well! Thanks Dumpring. We have a lot of examples of the situation with the OCE already though, and it doesn't look like they need additional examples at this time.
We've been requesting updates on the investigation, but haven't gotten anything we can share yet, which is why its been quiet in the thread. We haven't forgotten about you guys, we just haven't been updated ourselves.

This sounds like a general connectivity issue. The issue we're tracking in this thread is specifically for extreme delays in interacting with the world without elevated latency. If you're being disconnected, I'd recommend making your own thread or contacting us via a ticket.

i cant even see an npc that i need to complete a quest, and it's been this laggy for the past 4 hours because i even took a break from leveling because its unplayable, i have other 4 toons on this sever but, this toon on drustvar is the only one experiencing this

That's the thing, I've got a solid 14/14ms connection to the servers.
Naturalbush - Trollbane. Horrible FPS drop at the area with the hawk quests and general loot lag in the rest of the zone. I stopped questing here a month ago because of the FPS drop in that specific area and it still hasn't been fixed. The first character I quested through there did not have this issue.

Beosaevio here, logged in and on Drustvar now. I don't experience lag anywhere else but Kul'Tiras. Everything in Zul is fine... truly weird that it only happens in certain areas. Drustvar is practically unplayable right now.

can attest it's pretty bad, was getting 18 fps, usually have it set for max 60
