Drustvar is

A whole zone for a new plot line around death with a little questline on next expansion (shadowlands) and discarded… now a dissapointment

Horde zones were great, but I also love the Zandalari so maybe that’s why I liked the stories and zones more. I also preferred the tone more overall of being an honored guest of the Horde vs the reception Kul Tiras initially gives you

Why would kul tiras accept someone who is walking with the murderer of their former leader

Are you having a different conversation?

I simply said I prefer the tone of the reception Horde side because of it, I am not saying the tone didn’t make sense, but I’m allowed to dislike it

Neve said you allowed to dislike it my bad I may have misread it I need get my eyes checked

Drustvar was my favorite BFA zone, and better than any Shadowlands zone

Well it seems like you’re trying to dispute something I didn’t say

All I said was I preferred the tone / why I preferred the vibe/tone, so your question in return to me seemed like an entirely different question to a conversation I wasn’t having because I didn’t say the story didn’t make sense simply that I did not like it compared to the Horde parallel

All good :hugs:

It’s okay. There is something about the quests. I’m not sure what it is. It makes repeating them not fun.

I love the ambience in the zone but the music is a dud.

I found all three Horde zones very bland: a generic desert, a generic swamp and a glorious city of gold surrounded by a generic jungle.

Alliance on the other hand: Tiragarde is a lot of fun, maybe I’m wrong but I don’t recall having an entire zone with a pirate theme, Stormsong is bland and Drustvar is glorious, a haunted forest/mountain that culminates in a haunted house which btw is the best dungeon ever (you can’t change my mind).

Voldun is the only zone I did more than once.

Drustvar is a place that calls to mind Nyarlathotep and Yog-Sothoth in HP Lovecraftian Horror.

The Witch Cults of the Outer Gods are very similar to what we see in Drustvar compared to the lesser terror of the Great Old Ones in Stormsong Valley and Visions of N’Zoth.

It’s weird you find all the horde stuff generic and bland but play a Zandalari troll named Zuldazar lol

GLORIOUS CITY I SAID!

I love the ztrolls, but once you step outside the city there’s not much else to see… well that’s not entirely true, the living and breathing gods walking around the jungle are a lot of fun.

I still love Drustvar, it would be where my DH would retire to once he has finished killing all the various cosmic threats.
