No, blizzard screwed up.
Why are they touching code involving druids? They werenāt on the hotfix list scheduled, so someone screwed up the code and it got rolled.

Chickens need love too. 
Iām glad it happened. To me, it adds some unexpected flavour to the game when stuff like this happens.
You never know which class/spec will suddenly receive a huge bonus to what they do and when it happens, it becomes very exciting for a little while.

Are we sure this isnāt intended? It makes sense to me that using Moonkin form would make a Feral druid 10x more powerful, as it is the Correct Form that is Chosen by Elune.
It should also increase threat and armor much more than turning into a regular bear. Regular bears arenāt Chosen by Elune at all.
This is why I donāt main my Druid anymore and also why Iām not vegan.
