Druid: The moment of Truth stage 5 not working

I’m unable to give the Corrupted G’Hanir to Lyessa Bloomwatcher. I’ve restarted the quest line 5 times. left the zone, waited for server reset but nothing is working. I have no add on as well.

The Cogwheel does show but nothing happens when I click on Lyessa.

Also, how hard is it to submit a bug ticket…do we just post in the forums and hope someone waves a wand?
