Druid permanently appears translucent blue with sparkles?

Hey all. Finally returning to my druid, only to notice that it is permanently blue and transparent with sparkles. I’m specced feral and this effect persists through all forms. I confirmed that I do not have any glyphs on, and I don’t have any armor equipped with special cosmetic effects. Furthermore, I can’t find any talents active that explain this effect. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening, and if so, how do I disable it?

Under very rare circumstances, some World Quests can trigger lingering visual effects on characters if the World Quest was started but never got completed.
