Looking to role-play my night elf druid as a member of the talons.
What spec do you guys think would most align with their druidic ways??

Honestly, that’s a tough one because none of them really address the specific talents of the Talon very well.
I want to say balance just because it’s thematically the closest. Druids of the Talon shoot lightning and use the storm to throw razor gales at enemies/fling them into the air/cyclone. Balance doesn’t usually do these things, but it does attack from ranged as a caster.
Just pretend the moons you’re dropping on your enemy are, uh… Advanced Hail.

I see equal validation for Balance and Feral. The talon form itself is ill suited for combat. And the talon druid who’s our main guide at Avianna’s digs in Cataclysm and a follower in Legion seems to be arguably of feral spec.
