Was group questing in WPL yesterday, and was getting Parried while attacking from directly behind targets, in cat form. /shrug Was the mobs where You burn the tent and place the banner thing…
Do cats have to follow the extra hit rules like dual wield? Will have to check into weapon skills affecting miss and attack stats now lol
Havent noticed this in Bear, just absurd strings of dodge>parry>dodge>dodge>resist>miss>…
Yay for the good old days!
Went and tested the hit issue.
The character sheet does show your attack rating while in cat form as what your actual weapon rating is.
So with a one hand mace I have 37 attack rating and with a two hand mace it is 208.
So I found some even level mobs and tested it using non-stat white weapons, the hit/miss was roughly the same over 100 attacks. The damage was also statistically the same.
I encourage those who are curious to do the same.
Now the other bug of pred. strike falling off happens to me as well. The macro listed earlier fixes this. It was happening to me while using a basic powershifting macro.
Druid’s never needed to level weapon skill in vanilla, shouldn’t have to do it now.
I went and leveled my staff skill on some lvl 30 mobs, it made no difference to my AP or hit/miss/parry/dodge on mobs same level as me.
It feels that when in a group the chance to miss etc is heightened somehow…
@Rocktoe so besides checking the paper doll how else can you tell if pred strikes has dropped off? Weak auras?
