I just used the Soridormi token that is supposed to give me 1000 reputation and did not get the 30% bonus from using it in the Dreamsurge zone while the Learning reputation buff was active.
I used the token and only received 1200 reputation (Human + Darkmoon Faire) and DID NOT get the extra 300 that should have been given from the zone buff.
