Maybe with the portal bugged people will kill rares? 
Rares die within moments of spawning on my server. I don’t think any of my alts have taken longer than like 15 minutes to finish the “collect 100” quest.

Nah it’s definitely bugged, it’s not even popping on the hour.
I’d rather get guaranteed loot from the portal than chase rares around for just a chance. So I just never looked for groups because I didn’t need them.
Yeah, that doesn’t surprise me. lol
The BoA gear tokens? Meh those don’t excite me that much, all my alts already have higher tier from the time rifts. I’d rather kill the rares for some of the Drake pages or random cosmetics I haven’t collected yet lol
That’s fair! I enjoy my BoA gear for alts. I have those weird obsession with collecting a bunch of it. 
It’s the same ilevel, 402. But I’ve got alts I haven’t leveled yet. lol

I get that, I have a “primary” alt for each armor type that has banks stuffed full of the Forbidden Reach ones (probably more than I can ever use at this point), I’m slowly building a collection of the new ones too lol. The rares usually drop at least one, in my experience.
